Family Service Recognizes Honorary Committee Members for Endowment Campaign

On April 12, 2007, Janice Pyrce and Gary Kagan opened their River Forest home to recognize several prominent supporters of Family Service & Mental Health Center of Oak Park & River Forest’s Healthy Minds, Healthy Communities Endowment Campaign.  The reception, attended by such individuals as Michael and Sharon Lennox, Tony and Chatka Ruggiero, Andrew and Carmila Corsini, David and Suzanne Harabard Strom, and Stephen Diamond, was an opportunity to say thank you to Honorary Committee members Ralph and Beta Balgemann, Jordan and Debra Hadelman, Jay and Doris Christopher, Michael and Jana Kelly, Ralph and Bonnie Mandell, Carolyn Poplett, Sherlynn Reid, Joseph and Judith Scully, and Fran and Monroe Sullivan who have given their time and support to the campaign.

President/CEO Daniel J. Kill took the opportunity to thank everyone in attendance for their dedication.  “All of you have helped ensure the future of Family Service,” said Mr. Kill.  “In our 108 years of serving the community, Family Service has always relied on supporters and friends.  The friendships we have cultivated with all of you allow us to carry on our tradition of making a difference.”
