FAMILY SERVICE REACHES $1 MILLION After announcing the public phase of their $1.2 million Healthy Minds, Healthy Communities Endowment Campaign at their Annual Spring Benefit, Family Service recently reached their $1 million campaign milestone.
Following the lead of Co-Chairs Brenda Grusecki, Rev. F. At a reception hosted by Oak Park and River Forest residents John and Kary McIlwain and Timothy and Laura Hardwicke, the group raised $25,000 from other community residents interested in supporting the 109 year-old community organization.
2008 fiscal year. Funds from the campaign would assist the agency to plan programmatically over several years, create flexibility that would allow the agency to allocate and reallocate resources where the need is the greatest, and create long-term stability and financial viability.
